Biographical information

Resat Bayer is a MA student in international relations at Bilkent University (Turkey) and also an academic assistant at Bilkent University's Institute of Economic and Political Sciences.

David Nina works in the Community Peace Programme, based at the School of Government of the University of the Western Cape.

Louis-Marie Nindorera is executive secretary of Iteka, the Burundian Human Rights League in Bujumbura.

Nayef H. Samhat is an Assistant Professor of Government and International Relations at Centre College, Danville, Kentucky. He is currently working on a conceptualization of international political community in international relations.

Carlos L. Yordan holds a MA degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution studies from the American University in Washington, D.C. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
